Big Brothers Big Sisters Summer Activities
All matches (Bigs and Littles) that are continuing to the next school year are invited to participate in several Big Brothers Big Sisters activities this summer. Please note: “Bigs” are not allowed to transport their “Little.” Those students that are waiting for a Big Brother or Big Sister also can attend. If a match would like to attend any of these activities the parent/guardian of the “Little” will need to provide transportation to and from the event. The Big and Little will meet at the event. Matches are not allowed to see each other outside of school unless it is a Big Brothers Big Sister’s supervised activity. Matches are encouraged to communicate with each other over the summer by calling, emailing or writing each other.
Below is a list of activities. If you are interested in attending any of these activities you must sign up for the event by calling our office (320-253-1616) or by calling your case manager at least one week before the event. BBBS Picnic in the Park
Tuesday, August 12th from 5:30 to 7 pm
Free of charge – the entire family is invited to Kiffmeyer Park in St. Augusta
This event is open to all matches, friends, and family. There will be hot dogs and drinks provided. Bring a side dish or dessert to share. There is a playground and fields for fun and games! Rain or Shine!
